Powder-coated finish stands up to wind, rain and cold. Includes attached hook for hanging and individual gutter clip. Secure chain to the ground with anchoring stake or rain basin. arrange rocks, pebbles or stone around the stake to help distribute run-off. Instruction sheet included.
