Princeton Walking Club presents: Walk, Talk, Socialize and Strengthen
Join Kristin & Olga for Walk, Talk, Socialize & Strengthen class. We will meet at Homestead Princeton at 9 am and walk over to Community Park. Bring an exercise band. All fitness levels welcome. This is a circuit style class, combining walking and strength exercises with exercise bands. Modifications are given. Catch up with friends and make new ones.
Kristin has been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor over 20 years, teaching a variety of classes including circuit training, boot camp, aquatic fitness, and spinning classes. Invite a friend or come and meet new friends.

What to bring: Exercise band and water

Friday, October 25th- Fun starts at 4pm
Along the Nassau St. corridor and Witherspoon St. corridor.
Stop in participating businesses for candy- (they will have black and orange ballons).
