RETURNS

With a copy of your receipt we will gladly accept an item for return/exchange within 15 days of purchase for online sales, and 15 days of purchase for brick & mortar sales. Eligible items returned within 15 days will be refunded to your credit card. To be eligible for a return/exchange the item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. 

Select items cannot be returned or exchanged including gift cards, customized products, furniture consignment items, and artisan items. Anything on sale or marked “Final Sale” is not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges. We suggest using a track-able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot issue a refund for item(s) until we receive them in store.

We are a small family-owned, brick-and-mortar store in Princeton without space to accommodate a large inventory. We attempt to change our inventory frequently to highlight new and exciting products and bring in seasonal items. Therefore, our 15-day window for all returns and exchanges for all web orders is firm.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and found to be in the original condition in which it was purchased, we will notify you of our receipt of your returned item and that your refund has been issued.

Your refund will be in the amount of the item(s) returned, and will not include the original shipping costs. Your issued refund will be credited to the card associated with the original order and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT

We're more than happy to accommodate exchanges as needed. As with returns item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. Store credit is also available to use at a later time.
